Job Title: HR & Data Analyst

Location: Ogbaku, Mbaitoli – Imo State or Uga – Anambra

About Role

  • We are seeking a highly organised, analytical and detail-oriented HR & Data Analyst to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will combine a good understanding of Human Resources with strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
  • You will be responsible for analysing HR data, preparing reports, identifying trends and supporting management with accurate, timely and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
You will support the HR function by:

  • Analysing employee and workforce data and supporting HR Administration
  • Preparing periodic Operations and HR reports and management dashboards
  • Tracking key Operational and HR data such as sales, pumps, and related data
  • Maintaining accurate HR databases and records
  • Conducting data analysis to support workforce planning and decision-making
  • Developing and improving Excel-basedreporting tools
  • Identifying trends, gaps and opportunities from HR data
  • Supporting HR audits, reporting and other analytical assignments
  • The ideal candidate must currently reside in Imo State and should be able to commute conveniently to Ogbaku every working day.

Requirements

  • A Degree in Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics,Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in Data Analysis, Reporting,HR Analytics, or a related role will be an added advantage.
  • Most importantly, you must be good with numbers and genuinely proficient in Excel

What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate should:

  • Have a good understanding of HR functions, processes and practices
  • Be very comfortable working with numbers and data
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleaning, analysis and reporting
  • Be able to develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards and data trackers
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Be highly detail-oriented and committed to data accuracy
  • Be able to identify trends and patterns from HR data and communicate useful insights
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Be comfortable working with HRIS, spreadsheets and other digital tools
  • Be proactive, organised and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Have a strong interest in HR Analytics and data-driven HR decision-making
